It is the visceral aspect of Jozsef's drawings that is most obvious, but these are not straight anatomical studies. Taken from the artist's memories and imagination, they bring to mind works by Blake and Dali, containing half-hidden or suggested figures and gestures that lend the drawings a very human and emotional quality.

Little Red Riding Hood by Xiang Zeng

Inspired by the tale of Little Red Riding Hood, I constructed many alternative scenarios to the story. One of these involves a skeleton wolf who wishes to look beautiful by putting on a floral lower garment and Little Red who likes to feed him with snake candies.
There are other pictures which illustrate how an act like the wolf eating Little Red and her grandmother can be wrapped up to look far removed from the gruesome reality just like the story itself.
